Hiking

To stride over the mountains, swamps and moors is what we do a lot of at Fjällnäs. Why not start a hike by rowing over the Malmagen lake to reach the mountain area in a couple of minutes. Fjällnäs’s own majestic mountain top Storvigeln, which at 1561 metres is the highest in the area, could well be a stage for the day. There are plenty of roaming reindeer. We also know that there are musk ox, wolverines, wolves and bears in this area. The wilderness is our home environment here in Fjällnäs and you can easily move around it by foot.
