The Eight Seasons

In times gone by, the survival of the people up here in the north depended on their skill in interpreting Nature’s signs and sudden changes, and their ability to cope with them. Dividing the year into four seasons was insufficient to this vital task. Instead, they split the year into eight seasons, each with its own special signs and signals. Join us in a fascinating story about a dramatic journey round the sun. It consists of eight separate and very different chapters, each one dealing with one of our eight very different seasons.
