With Fjällnäs as your starting point, an untouched mountain landscape unfolds before you. Whether you prefer well-marked and easily accessible trails or vast open terrain, we have something for you. Directly from Fjällnäs, you can reach peaks rising to over 1,500 metres above sea level. If the weather turns harsh, there are beautiful hikes through mountain birch forests rich in wildlife – you will often come across reindeer roaming freely. Musk oxen, wolverines, lynx and bears also inhabit the area.
For families, there are plenty of shorter day hikes that are enjoyable for beginners while still offering enough challenge for experienced hikers. We often explore the border mountains between Sweden and Norway, giving us great flexibility to choose routes based on weather conditions, season and your preferences.
