The library The library
On the upper floor of Fjällnäs’ main building, Näset, you’ll find an area we call The Library, named after its extensive collection of books. The Library is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and offers a calm environment with space for both privacy and focus. There is also the possibility for two groups to work undisturbed at the same time.
From the library, you have a beautiful view of Lake Malmagen and Rutfjället, and to enhance the atmosphere, there is a fireplace that adds both warmth and ambiance.
There are also several taxidermied animals in the library, which have been part of Fjällnäs since the 1940s or 1950s. While they might seem a bit intimidating to children visiting Fjällnäs for the first time, and despite possibly bearing traces of old dust, they are a part of the environment and carry memories of Fjällnäs’ history.
Our meeting venues
Aula Capella
Aula Capella is “a room for the soul,” open to all religions and spiritual expressions such as music, yoga, and various types of gatherings. The space accommodates up to 90 seated guests.
The Bolagen cabin
Above the tree line, by the shores of the mountain lake Bolagen, you’ll find our very own log cabin. It accommodates up to 8 guests.
